Cassidy Putnam

Cassidy Putnam joined Grant Group Architecture in June 2020 after graduating from NC State University with a bachelor of environmental design, bachelor of architecture and a bachelor of anthropology, each with magna cum laude honors. She is a recipient of the 2017 Sigmon Memorial Masonry Competition Award. Initially a student of cultural anthropology, Cassidy participated in an archaeological study abroad program in Belize. This experience piqued Cassidy’s interest in the field of public interest design. Cassidy decided to pursue architecture as a tangible means to engage civic responsibility and promote social equity through community engagement. Her prior experience includes two internships in commercial design at BSA LifeStructures and HH Architecture.
