Football for a Cause 06.16.15

The Blondes vs. Brunettes Raleigh is a local volunteer-driven event where two teams of women – divided to reflect the age-old rivalry between blondes and brunettes – compete in a flag football game to help raise awareness and funds in the fight against Alzheimer’s disease.  The two teams practice for 10 weeks for one big Saturday game, where hundreds of supporters come out to watch competitive football and support a wonderful cause. One of our intern architects, Emmie played in the league on the Blonde team the past 2 years.  This year, the two teams raised over $77,000 dollars to support the Alzheimer’s Association.  To learn more about the league, or to help support for the next season, go to Blondes vs Brunettes Raleigh.
