A total kitchen renovation significantly improved the daily life of a family with young children. Three years later, an addition of an away room/guest bedroom expanding the home into the backyard will provide room for work and play, and welcome overnight guests. Responding to client needs and budgets, our designs often include recommendations for phasing of construction. Planning for the long run and building incrementally is often a wise strategy.
