General Contractor: New Dimensions Construction

The rural vernacular of a restored farmhouse and barn inspired the creation of a year-round place to swim and entertain. The barn-like structure encompasses a fifty-foot lap pool for a devoted swimmer. The attached screen porch and carport serve as places for outdoor entertaining with views of the surrounding pastoral landscape. The building’s modest gabled form is constructed with durable, low maintenance materials inside and out. Windows on all sides and a large dormer fill the space with light and allow swimmers connection to the outdoors across all seasons.
