Room to Grow: Phase 2

What an honor to have clients return to our firm for a second phase! This time our clients sought to improve their existing space for gracious entertaining and access to natural light. This interior kitchen sparks joy for residents and guests alike.

Custom designed floating shelves visually connect the kitchen and foyer, while maintaining the integrity of each space. A skylight directly above this intersection allows for ample natural light in both spaces. Our clients love being able to prepare dinner while watching for their guests’ arrival. Guests are welcomed with the comforting aroma of home cooking. The custom cabinetry provides a picture perfect stage to display beloved pieces of art. Elsewhere in the home, an elegant update of the primary bathroom creates a private oasis. In previous phases, Grant Group designed a screen porch and two guest suites for this beautiful mid-century modern home.
